Terms and Conditions

Network Availability Guarantee, version 5 – January 11, 2024

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client” or “You”) and Pricedhost (“We” or “Us”), collectively referred to as the “Parties.” By accessing, using, or purchasing any of the hosting services offered by Pricedhost, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

1.1 Pricedhost provides shared hosting, VPS, dedicated servers and related services as described on our website https://pricedhost.com and in the service plan you select.

1.2 Client is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all information provided to Pricedhost during the registration and ordering process.

2. Payment and Billing

2.1 Client agrees to pay all fees associated with the selected hosting services according to the pricing and billing terms specified at the time of purchase.

2.2 Payments are due on the billing cycle specified during the order process. Failure to pay fees when due may result in service suspension or termination.

3. Account Setup and Security

3.1 Client is responsible for maintaining the security of their account login credentials. Any unauthorized use of the account must be reported to Pricedhost immediately.

3.2 Client is responsible for the content hosted on their account and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to, illegal, copyrighted, or adult material.

4. Service Availability

4.1 Pricedhost will use reasonable efforts to ensure the availability of hosted websites and services, subject to routine maintenance and circumstances beyond our control.

4.2 Pricedhost may suspend or terminate services if we believe that client’s activities violate these Terms or pose a security risk to our network.

5. Data Backup

5.1 While Pricedhost may perform routine data backups, clients are encouraged to maintain their own backups. Pricedhost is not responsible for data loss.

6. Technical Support

6.1 Pricedhost offers technical support for hosting-related issues. Support availability and response times may vary depending on the service plan.

7. Termination

7.1 Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice, subject to any contractual commitments or obligations.

8. Refund Policy

8.1 Customers are entitled to a full refund if they are not satisfied with hosting services provided. To qualify for a refund, customers must submit a refund request within three days of the initial service activation. Requests for refunds submitted after the three-day period will not be eligible. Please contact our support team to initiate a refund process, ensuring that you include your account information and the reason for the refund request.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Pricedhost’s liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the hosting service in question.

10. Amendments

10.1 Pricedhost reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

11.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By using Pricedhost’s hosting services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
