3.1 If you believe that your content has been mistakenly removed or disabled as a result of an incorrect copyright infringement notice, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent.

3.2 To submit a counter-notification, please provide the following information:

• Your contact information, including your name, address, phone number, and email address.
• Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Republic of Cyprus and a declaration that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of infringement.

4. Repeat Infringers

4.1 Pricedhost may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
